All Plaid Is Not Created Equal

I’m picky–I always have been and I probably always will be. Not when it comes to food necessarily, or say, what Netflix show my husband and I watch, but I am picky about my clothes. There’s nothing worse than buying clothing online, anxiously awaiting their arrival on your doorstep, tearing open the package when it comes (like an overexcited maniac), only to find that you despise what’s inside. It doesn’t look the same as the online image. It doesn’t fit how you had imagined. The color isn’t right, etc. On the opposite end of the spectrum, it is the best feeling when you ferociously rip open your neatly packaged parcel to find that what’s inside is even better than you had dreamed. I recently experienced the second of these two scenarios. Thank the heavens for Pink Desert.
Let me back up a bit. Obvious to anyone observant, plaid is everywhere this season. I have nothing against it, I love plaid, but let’s face it–not all plaid is created equal.
