Healthy Eats: Easiest Grain Bowl Ever

Okay, so first of all I totally failed at getting this post up in March like I said that I would… So sorry! But it’s up now 😉

I had a toooon of questions about healthy food ideas, so I’ve decided to do a food post once a month-ish.

This grain bowl is literally the easiest thing you’ll make in your entire life. And it’s so yummy!

I love it because it’s so easy to make your own. You can add & take away ingredients as you please. Put as much as you want in– Pile it on girl!

 

Ingredients:

1/2 cup whole grain rice (I like this one)

1/2 avocado

1/4 cup shredded cheese

1 spoonful of salsa

1 spoonful of sour cream

1/2 cup spinach

1/8 cup corn

1/8 cup black beans

1/4 lime (squeeze that guy on top for some added flava)

Voila! The best dang thing you’ve ever tasted!

Also, these measurements can totally be adjusted to your liking. Get creative!!
