I’ve been noticing changes in my body now more than ever (so weird).I’ve noticed that I’m just a little squishier than I used to be… My hubby and I went up skiing yesterday (well, he skis, I snowboard) and we didn’t last long. I used to go all day with no problems, but that is not the case any more. We’re both feeling the soreness today and I’ll be honest I feel a little pathetic. I don’t know why, but it’s really difficult for me to feel driven when it comes to exercise. Maybe it’s because I have no idea what I’m doing. I feel very out of place at the gym!
I hope that my workout goals last past February, I reeeally do. I just don’t like it. I used to enjoy working out, buuut it’s kind of torture for me now. I need to get back in the groove and trust me, it’s been a while.
