The Learning Curve

In college, as an education major, my professors instilled in us the idea of being a life long learner. Be willing to adapt, willing to mold, and willing take on challenges. In education, this seems obvious, but I apply that concept, or I at least try to, in all aspects of life.

Because I am undergoing a new position at work (which I’m suuuper stoked about), I’ve been thinking a lot about the concept of becoming a life long learner. I’m learning SO many new things– Fascinating new concepts and ideas that up until this point I haven’t been familiar with, and I’m also able to apply knowledge that I’ve attained from other jobs that I’ve held or experiences that I’ve had. I LOVE IT SO MUCH. It not only pushes me to be creative and innovative, but it’s also extremely rewarding. Making progress in something, whether it be school, work, home life, is so gratifying to me and helps me find a purpose.

I know this post is short, but I just wanted to challenge you to push yourself. Try new things. Become a life long learner!
